What you get with Pro
Pro is built for freelancers and small trades who send invoices every week. Save your regular clients and the line items you bill most often, then fill a new invoice in a few clicks instead of retyping addresses and rates. Invoice numbers count up automatically with your own prefix, such as INV-2026-014, so your numbers stay in sequence without a spreadsheet on the side.
Your PDFs lose the small “Made with Billwise” line, so the document carries only your business name. At the end of the month or the tax year, export your invoice history as a CSV file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. And when you bill many clients at once, paste rows from a spreadsheet and get one PDF per row in a single download.
Like the free plan, Pro runs entirely in your browser: saved clients, items and history stay on your device and are never uploaded.
The payment also keeps the site independent: no advertising, no tracking cookies and no paywall in front of the free tools.
What stays free
The free plan is not a trial. You can make as many invoices, estimates, quotes and receipts as you like, add your logo, pick any of the three designs, use any currency and download or print every PDF, without an account and without a watermark across the page. Free PDFs carry one small "Made with Billwise" line at the bottom; Pro removes it.

Pricing questions
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro will be $29 one-time: you pay once and keep the Pro features, with no renewal and nothing to cancel.
When can I buy Pro?
Pro opens soon. Use the "Get Pro" button to reserve the founder price: no payment is taken now. Checkout will be handled by Stripe once Pro opens.
I use several devices. What happens there?
Pro will be stored in the browser you buy it in, because the site has no accounts. Buy it in the browser you use most; if you switch devices, contact us with your receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Once Pro is on sale, the same promise applies to every purchase: If Pro does not do what you need, write to us within 14 days of buying it and you get a full refund.
